(In fact, this is google-able, go search!)

1. People believe in shortcut and speed of earning passive income

C’mon!  If there was any shortcut to procreating wealth, edi sana hindi sobrang baba ng financial difficulty rate ng mga retirees na kung saan merong sapat na kick off budget to invest.

Therefore, let go of the speed and greed process dude!

2. Confidence based on hearsays

Kaya… we work hard to save, save, save and then invest all these hard-earned money for the glory of this passive income.  Matapos gawin lahat ng mga do’s and don’ts sa pag-iinvest para sa passive income… we end up draining our savings!

Undoubtedly, passive income is a great key to financial stability, pero hindi nangangahulugang kailangan nating sundin ang mga sinasabi sa atin!  One’s confidence must not be based on hearsays alone… be more rigid and aggressive in doing researches and attaining know-hows, far beyond just the short advise of “place your money here or there”.

The key is attaining a deep understanding of how investments work!

3. Neglect of proven systematic processes

Because the internet world has kept us raving and running after this passive income-generation “thingy”, nakalimutan natin na mayroong proseso na ginawa at sinundan ang mga 10% to 20% successful population.

Ano ba ito? Isn’t it what we were supposed to be finding out prior to splurging the fruits of our hard work?!
